The GHVMLS began as the Orange County Multiple Listing Service in 1972 and has since changed its name to reflect the extensive areas the service now covers. There are currently over 3000 members and 500 member offices utilizing the service.

GHVMLS is a fully owned subsidiary of the Orange County Association of REALTORS and is governed by a board of directors. Fees are assessed based on an annual budget.

Services include the operation and management of a computer system

providing members with listings and property information as well as property tax data, member and office database. The system assists members in their pricing and marketing of properties in the Hudson Valley region using Internet technology.

Our goal is to provide the technology and services our members need to remain competitive in today’s constantly changing real estate profession.  Providing new and improved services at extremely competitive membership fees allows the membership to grow so that we may continue to progress.
